Psalm 96:

• The LORD, who created all things is to be praised and proclaimed publicly! Twice the psalmist writes, “among the nations” (vs. 3 & 10)! No, not everyone will hear or receive this, but for those who do, it will be heard with gladness, as something that is praiseworthy (vs. 11).
