Psalm 78:

• In this psalm God’s anger is kindled, not primarily because of behavior, but because of belief. Even when the people grumbled in the wilderness, not believing God for food, God provided food in plenty. Yet they still grumbled. Verse 34 says that when God “killed them” THEN “they sought him.” How ironic is this?
  • In the end, seeking God is the best place to be! If I must be “killed” before I seek God, then I must be ok with this. Draw me to You, LORD!
